Natalya received a MS in Civil Engineering from 克里沃伊罗格矿业学院(乌克兰), 基辅语言大学英语学士学位, and an MS and PhD in Curriculum and Instruction and Human Computer Interaction from 爱荷华州立大学 in 2012. Her dissertation was a three published papers dissertation on research-based design of interactive multimedia for solving instructional problems. During the 2012 -2013 she was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the College of Engineering, 爱荷华州立大学, Ames mainly working on the development a framework for the online portion of a hybrid engineering course.
